At Kinda Rubbish, we believe in giving fashion a second life, but we want you to love your look. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they stay protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
